What will I be doing?
Photographing all product lines using in-house photographic and lighting equipment at a quick pace and to a high standard.
Photographing still life and product shots for our E-Commerce department.
Preparing sets to the required standard including studio preparation and working with models when required.
To update and stringently manage the company’s photographic library which will include the creation of a coding system for each photograph.
Liaising with the product divisions, showroom team and buying teams to ensure all product lines are available for photography.
Keep up to date with the company’s brand portfolio.
Responsible for ensuring all photographic equipment is stored securely at all times and is maintained to the highest level.
Keep apprised of current trends within photography.
Build, manage and maintain our social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Youtube)
Design & create high quality graphics, video, and photography
Produce engaging posts and stories
Plan, schedule and post content, monitor its performance, and incorporate learnings
Create a regular newsletter via MailChimp & manage our MailChimp account
Liaise with other team members to ensure that the social media channels are kept up to date
Regularly report on the impact and progress of social media activity
What we look for
Recent degree-in Photography 2:1 and above. Have 6 months experience working within a similar role is advantageous. Are up to date with Adobe including Photoshop. Familiarity with Capture One and Phocus would also be beneficial. Experience of using a Mac. Can work to deadlines and be extremely well organised. Have a high attention to detail. Are focused and self motivated, able to collaborate with others.
